IBM has a wide range of technology offerings and great leaders working on cutting-edge technologies that give you a platform needed for growth in the IT industry.
I personally think that facilities can be improved for employees at IBM offices.
My advice is IBM should not try to consolidate and limit itself to Bangalore. I think Pune and Hyderabad also have great talent, and both of these sites should also grow in parallel with Bangalore. People should not be forced to change location for technical growth.
