Don't join IBM India, and don't trust TechstoSuit Agency
Techs to Suit processed my profile to IBM, and I have cleared all the interviews and manager (PDM) rounds. Post the interview process, I got an email from HR to submit all the necessary documents to process the offer letter. However, it has been three months, and I haven't received an offer letter.
Techs To Suit Agency says:
- They don't have any clarity why IBM is not rolling out the offer letter, though they are able to see all the necessary approvals in place.
- There is a lack of communication and transparency; they are just asking candidates to wait for some more days/months to get an offer.
- I don't understand what kind of hiring process is between IBM and TechsToSuit, but they are spoiling candidates' careers by asking them to wait for 3-4 months, and after that, they will not respond to any emails or calls.
IBM company is cheating candidates by using its agencies/consultancies network.
