Amazing Growth, No Cons

Pros: One of the best companies to work with. IBM provides space for each and every employee to grow. Very good HR policies and very good management.
Cons: Being 7 years in IBM, I haven't found any cons. The company provides full space for employees to grow.

Don't work at IBM Canada

Pros: The working from home option is the only good thing about working at IBM Canada.
IBM Canada does seem to employ a diverse workforce.
Cons: Below market average for base salaries. Very top-heavy in management, with too many layers of puppet managers whose hands are tied. Any remaining benefits seem to be continuously being cut (health benefits, pensions, on-call pay has been halved or expected to be done for free, etc.). There is no training or education.
Heavy outsourcing to cheaper countries is already happening in a big way, so there is no long-term future at IBM Canada, unless you are in management to manage outsourcing projects and have skills such as LEAN or SIX SIGMA.
