Bad interview. The interviewer was rude and yelled all the time. He was late, too, and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The HR left the meeting, stating that the manager would join. Later, she did not pick up my call.

I interviewed at IBM for a Technical Lead position. I had a very good experience. The interview level was moderate. Total Rounds: 2 * First: Technical Interview. * Second: Managerial Round.

The process was very smooth. It included: * One online test (a normal IQ test) * Two interview rounds (one technical and one managerial) * An HR round I received my offer within a week.
