Being able to work remotely, the ability to work on a lot of different accounts and with excellent people.
IBM's focus on more global deployment by removing US resources; too much bureaucracy.
Focus on how to use the US employees that you are trying to remove for Global resources to fix the many issues out there. People are working way too many OT hours because we lose people and the Global resources are not able to take the work.
