Longest tenure with IBM: 7+ years
Huge scope of learning and growth. I have enjoyed working here. Management under whom I have worked were very supportive. IBM Bangalore culture is superb, and being part of a global team where people are so professional, I have got great opportunities to explore. I am leaving due to some family priorities, else I would have continued a few more years. :)
Nothing as such.
Could be more onsite opportunities.
