You get to learn a lot and are well supported.
A very large company, so not as lean.
I got a phone interview because I was in Waterloo and the job was in Ottawa. The interview was nice and short, around 20 minutes or so. I was asked a lot of personality questions and not many technical ones.
Phase 1: After submitting your application, you will be invited to complete an online Coding Assessment. It is made up of two LeetCode questions in 60 minutes. It is all about data structures and algorithms.
Many stages, slow response time (weeks between updates). Short LeetCode and then followed by video recording verbal questions. If you get past this stage, then you probably get to the technical portion/actual human interviews.
