Company tagline: 'Trust' is incorporated deeply in all policies. A true global org, not like typical Indian service companies. You can sense this once you work in so-called MNCs like TCS/Infy etc.
Salary is good for lateral hires but not for long-timers.
Salary is a constraint if you have been working here for a long time.
Manager centric company. No HR. You have to deal with all your work-related things only with your manager. This becomes frustrating if you are not on good terms with your manager.
