Recently, a lot of unprofessional new joiners. I see people waste their time in the office, or even not coming to the office. It is a good thing to push people to learn new things and pass exams, but it became a joke when a group of people cheat together in the exam. You can imagine how they would act in a project. There are definitely good staff, but the poor quality group is growing fast.
