Good: Flexibility with less salaries
Flexibility is the main reason I am still with IBM. I've been here for 6+ years.
Pay is less when compared to other companies.
Also, minimal hikes, year on year. It looks like no hikes this year.
Compensation and hikes should be increased, so that people have more reasons to stay and contribute.
