Decent Pay, Lacking Benefits
Enough salary at the beginning
Small number of benefits (some medical insurance, internet and gym refund). No bonuses or holiday surprises. Salary growth at every 2 years. Small amount of starting vacation days. Earning more vacation days is hard. Earned blue points (from email quests) are for giving up, not for spending. As a new employee, it is very hard to meet new people (if the team in which you work is not from the same location, you have a PeM who is not from the project).
Appreciate employees more; make them feel wanted. Make 'meet people from your project' sessions for each location (for example, in Cluj, make a meeting with all employees that work on the Nespresso project).
