Opportunity to use the internal training system. The management is flexible regarding life events and employee issues. I've never had an issue taking vacations or sick leave when needed.
Employee recognition is almost nonexistent.
There are close to no opportunities to advance, regardless of your experience or expertise.
The slightest changes take years to manifest.
