Software Engineer Interview Experience - Amsterdam

June 1, 2024
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

A long process of 6 rounds in total.

First, a home assignment implementing a rock, paper, scissors game. Then, a technical interview, a live coding assignment, a lead interview, an HR interview, and another technical interview.

Got through them all but still got rejected without a clear reason. They said I lacked some experience, which was already clear from the start.

Probably a nice place to work at, but the process is tiring and not transparent.
