The interview process began with a Karat technical screening, followed by a HackerRank assessment and several back-to-back technical interviews, all within a two-hour period.
The technical interviews were unexpectedly difficult and seemed to have little relation to the role I would take in the company. While I was able to answer the questions, the interviewers appeared exhausted and lacked enthusiasm.
At the end, I inquired about the projects new graduate hires would work on. The interviewer informed me that they are typically placed in another department, working on what seemed to be dead-end projects with each other for three months.
Even if I were to receive an offer, I would not consider working at a company that does not understand its own needs for new hires.
