The process was long, arduous, and involved too many people. It also felt very improvised.
I hate to say this, but it didn't feel very professional. I think that decision-making was not based on skills but on personality.
I fared well, but I often wonder and worry about anyone who could be deemed as "not being a good fit." The managers are young and very inexperienced.
Questions
Technically, I was asked how to solve problems, some statistical calculations, and I was also tested on my translation and language abilities.
