QA Automation Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I met with great, smart people and some yawning managers. I had more than six rounds of interviews, and I enjoyed most of them. I also noticed bored managers who yawned a lot during the interviews. I have worked a good number of years, and I can understand such team members.

It took me more than seven hours, but sadly, I didn't get any feedback. I learned two things about Indeed:

  • It has good WLB.
  • It is not as humanly global as the company claims; it is all on papers and flyers.

Indeed should have done what candidates deserve the least: feedback. For some of us, cracking challenging problems and meeting the job descriptions is not enough.
