Pros: Very laid-back culture and company, great WLB. Enjoyable and intelligent co-workers and teams.
Cons: Pay is a little on the lower end of the tech field, but that comes with the great WLB and slow/low actual work being done. You can work as much as you want, or as little, as long as you meet deadlines.
