Recruiter Screening
She asked me general questions about my willingness to relocate, salary expectations, and whether I would need sponsorship for this position.
When I answered 'yes' to the sponsorship question, she mentioned that she had to check with their immigration team if this role qualified for the same and would get back to me in a day or two.
Even though I had selected 'yes for sponsorship' when submitting my application form, she somehow missed that point when reviewing my application.
I never heard back from her. I wasn't expecting this from a job search company like Indeed, leaving candidates waiting.
