Contacted by recruiter initially. Cleared phone interview, which seemed average difficulty. Onsite was a full-day process with two people per interview round (for most of the rounds). The interviews ranged from whiteboard sessions, a code review session, a HackerRank problem, a design interview, and a resume deep dive. People seemed happy, and the overall process went smooth. I was contacted the next day by the recruiter that, although feedback was positive, the hiring managers couldn't extend an offer due to missing "wow factor" – God knows what that means.
