The onsite interview included:
- Two hours of behavioral questions.
- Three hours of whiteboard coding, including one hour dedicated to system design.
This was as initially described. As a new graduate, I was surprised by the inclusion of a system design portion. However, the people there were nice, and I would say communication skills are very important.
