Indeed has great quality people working for the company, which makes work a lot more enjoyable. The company is very mission-driven to help people get jobs, and it is easy to wake up and get behind the mission. Also, the benefits, culture, flexibility, and work/life balance are exceptional.
They could probably pay more across the board. They try to make up for it with flexibility, benefits, etc. Also, sometimes their product innovation can feel rushed and missing key features.
I would suggest looking to paying more competitively.
The first round of interviews was a Karat interview, with simple questions in your chosen programming language. I did not get past this round, so I am not sure what the next steps would be.
The interview had two steps. First, there was a live coding session where I was given two tasks: * Construct a list of objects from a tree representation. * Verify the syntax of an equation with test coverage. The next step was a one-hour talk wit
Interview Stages: * Phone screening with recruiter * Karat problem-solving * Whiteboarding exercise * Automation exercise * Mentor exercise * Code review * Hiring manager round Interviewers were very helpful. The problems were doable
