Pros
  • Open PTO policy.
  • Six months paid maternal and paternal leave for those who desire to be parents, including adoptions.
  • Pay isn't the highest but is still competitive.
  • Primary managers are often helpful and care about your success.
Cons
  • Higher-level management changes the rules of evaluations every quarter, just before they're due, which makes it harder to get a promotion.
  • There are too many managers managing other managers.
  • Bonuses are determined by company earnings now, instead of purely performance.
Advice to Management

Many independent contributors and managers brought up key inefficiencies and provided performant solutions that were shrugged off by high-level managers. As a result, many people were laid off.

Please listen to them, as they are directly involved with workloads and have valuable insights into how to operate much more efficiently and lower operating costs.

Also, find more ways to be innovative about the interface and be open to try new things.
