Stop force-feeding AI solutions that are self-taught.
Actually look at the cross-collaborative efforts and evaluate their effectiveness.
Provide tools that are efficient, structured, and TRAIN.
Pay should reflect industry standards for the role's responsibilities—not your internal budget. Calling it 'competitive' when it's not is misleading.
