The interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions, as well as questions pertaining to conflict resolution and possible work scenarios. Sometimes, specific questions about previous projects I've worked on were asked, but I was not given any specific technical problems.

Pros: Work-life balance, sabbatical, and pay are all great. Work can be challenging depending on the group you are in.
Cons: Non-exempt employees have a difficult, if not impossible, time transitioning into an exempt role. While the roles for exempt employees encourage growth, the feeling is not the same on the non-exempt side.
