I received a call for a phone screen in December. It lasted for 15 minutes, and I received an email for an onsite interview the next day.
Due to Christmas, the onsite interview was scheduled for January. (I think in the meantime, they found someone else).
The interview day was full of silly questions. One interviewer even asked me to draw the architecture of a system I was working on during my internship at another company. Another interviewer asked me why I didn't apply to another Intel site. The rest were behavioral questions, such as "Tell me what you would do in this or that situation."
In the end, they told me this job requires creativity and imagination. While telling me this, one interviewer was yelling.
I received an email of rejection the next day.
Why did you not apply at other Intel sites?
