Pros: Stable company.
Reasonable pay.
Good benefits.
Lots of opportunities to try out different groups and teams.
Stock and overall company are moving in the right direction.
Cons: Recovering from a stumbling period relies too heavily on process technology to maintain competitive advantage. A little too much focus on how other companies pay employees and their relative headcounts, instead of what is needed to get the job done.
