There are so many opportunities, and also to find mentors and sponsors to develop your career. Employee Resource Groups are huge and they do an amazing job in connecting each other through many different types of events throughout the year. The benefits are awesome, and they are constantly learning from employee feedback and needs to readjust the benefits every year. Compensation is really good too, and knowing that there is gender equal pay is a relief.

Cons: It is a very big company, and sometimes it feels that decisions and changes happen too slowly.
