Not the best place for high achievers
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Hillsboro, Oregon, United States
September 28, 2019
Pros: Good work environment and facilities.
Cons: Unfortunately, the young engineers from 4 different teams I worked with lack skills and knowledge. More importantly, they produced sloppy work. If you depend on their output to complete your project with flying colors, good luck. My opinion is based on 35 years in IT.

Pros: Laid-back management, many perks.
Cons: Corporate bureaucracy can be tiresome. Rarely are emails sent to a single person. Heavy use of distribution lists encourages over-glorification.
