Pay is okay if stock is doing well. Bonuses are better than average.
Sabbatical is a good benefit and can be used in one or two month increments.
People you work with are very smart and diverse.
Raises have lagged behind for years now. Great managers are rare. Get out of a badly managed group if you’re in one. Stock has been sideways to down the past few years.
Pay people what they’re worth.
Stop making excuses.
Keep the good engineers who will make us win.
Try to care about your best people.
