A good place to work for
I am able to work remotely, which allows for a good work-life balance, with a flexible schedule. Compensation is not top of the rank, but the job is stable.
Not very up to speed with the industry standard. Also, there are too many layers between application development and production support.
Please make sure policies (telecommuting, promotion, budgeting, etc.) are consistently carried out by all, not just some groups or some individuals.
