Shift 5 was the best shift. You work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday for 12 hours. That leaves you with 3 days off every week and a 4-day weekend every other week.
The hiring process can be long, and most times your resume gets automatically kicked out because of keywords or phrases. Even if you know they are hiring and the specific section needs people, your application might not ever be seen by an actual person.
Improvements need to be made to the hiring process.
