Good work-life balance, get well-traveled, and is a very good place to work with great facilities.
The pay is good, but not competitive enough salary-wise in comparison to the pharma industry for equivalent job roles.
Increase the base pay bands for senior MTs. There should be a bigger pay scale and a lot bigger difference between a G54/55 to a senior MT at G56/57.
