I applied using a referral process. 1. The Area Manager contacted me to do a first pass of the interview. 2. Then, I was scheduled for a full-day interview with the team and other members (about 12 people).

An hour-long phone interview. Discussion about education and work experience. Some questions about thermodynamics. It was an entry-level role with a mixture of design and testing. No callback.
