Long-term view
Met incredible people and made lifelong friends. Learned a lot. My family was able to relocate a few times with the company. Received a lot of recognition and promotions. The sabbatical was a great benefit.
Can be very slow-moving and bureaucratic, which can be frustrating. Didn't see a strong, competitive long-term vision.
