Pros

All processes are followed rigorously.

In India, the culture level is maintained as close as possible to the US. You can feel the MNC culture.

Good facilities. Great campus. Online access to many journals, documents, etc.

Cons

Processes can bog down creativity. The appraisal process is tight and can take time to get adjusted to.

Advice to Management
