Pros

Good work environment, great food options at low prices, and a perfect place to develop your professional potential.

Work entrance flexibility; nobody is checking when you arrive or when you leave, as long as you deliver your work on time.

Working from home is another option you may use when sick or when you have to attend to personal issues.

Cons

Green badges (Contingent Workers) are discriminated against in several ways. For example, GBs must pay for coffee. They have a low priority when reserving sports facilities and, of course, they have at least two managers: their contractor employer and their Intel manager.

Advice to Management

Nice work. Life at Intel is productive and almost stressless. A good opportunity is to reduce meetings in order to optimize everybody's time.
