Former Intel was Great
There was so much high-level research and knowledge. It was awesome to be able to contact folks to find out more about their work. Everyone I contacted was more than willing to spend 30 minutes to help me understand what they did and how it coordinated with my work.
Three of my four managers were fantastic.
Intel used to have "Great Place To Work Benefits" that were amazing, but not anymore. Culture and morale are suffering lately.

The interview was difficult. I had a lot of unexpected questions; there's not much else to say. They do try to filter out people that don't know what they're doing. The office is great and the atmosphere is great. They recruit quite aggressively.
