- Pay was competitive.
- Work was real (not grabbing coffee for PMs).
- Challenging and fast-paced environment.
- High expectations of interns.
- Lack of innovation and excitement.
- Hard to communicate and learn horizontally from other sub-organizations.
- Very corporate-feeling offices.
Offer times for interns and younger employees to provide ideas and feedback. Intel has the capability to build groundbreaking tech, but a lot needs to come from the next generation.
