Pros: The people you work with directly, as well as your manager, are probably great.
Cons: Senior leadership will talk highly about “the underdog” and how they support them. Ultimately, this is nothing more than a marketing slogan meant to line their pockets. A lot of senior leadership has problematic pasts that will be constantly swept under the rug. Then they’ll turn and stab you in the back.
