Process
I received an email and spoke with a recruiter about a position they found that was a better fit than the one I applied for. I thought this was great, as I would be an even stronger candidate. However, I never heard from the recruiter again, not even after a follow-up email. All together, this probably amounted to two hours of my time wasted.
