Process

I was contacted by a recruiter for a coding challenge in Karat. They got back to me a week or so later for a 1-hour in-person coding interview, also in Karat. After a few days, I had an in-person 30-minute behavioral interview with a recruiter. Overall, it was a good experience; everyone was very nice.

An eye-opening experience. Different work groups seem unwilling to cooperate with each other. A real culture shock

Build Engineer • Current Employee

San Diego, California, United States

Pros: Great offices and decent pay. The cafeteria was good, and there was plenty of parking. Did I mention the offices?

Cons: Management seemed to be out of touch with employees' feelings. Older, long-term employees seemed to throw their weight around and have a higher opinion of their skillset than was actually true.
