Pros: Take care of their employees. Good if you like to work in the finance world. Lots of sharp people. Salaries are exceptional.
Cons: Silos everywhere.
Constantly re-organizing.
Have the money to put people on idle that they are not using yet.
Still using lots of legacy technologies.

Pros: Everyone I've worked with is intelligent, kind, and genuinely cares about your success.
Benefits are superb, and pay is very good.
The work is meaningful and challenging.
Cons: Work experience can vary greatly depending on which team you are in, due to Intuit being such a large company.
It's hard work. You are expected to make an impact, and sometimes, that can take a lot of effort.
