Lots of change, and it can get wearisome. The software development cycle falls during most of the key holidays, requiring overtime during this timeframe. It can mess with your holiday experience. I would say that we've been given "recharge days" due to the pandemic in the last few years during the holiday season that don't affect our paid time off balance.

Consider the downstream impact of decisions before making them. Oftentimes, decisions are simply announced, and they don't always work for us. Dependencies are not always fully considered across all business units.
