Intuit IDC is not the same company it used to be a couple of years back.
Lots of politics; in fact, engineers spend more time advertising their work rather than coding.
Too much favoritism and bias (women quota) in recognition/promotion.
Too much credit stealing; managers decide whom to give credit irrespective of hard work done by other engineers.
IDC has only maintenance and patch work; most good projects are moving back to the US.
IDC management is in the worst phase ever. Many good engineers are leaving.
Reduce the control of managers. It's all about networking within the company rather than hard work to get recognized.
Reduce extracurricular activities and focus on getting better projects for IDC.
Women empowerment is heading in the wrong direction with a biased attitude in promotions and work recognition.
