The program is a great idea but very flawed
Lots of perks, employee resource groups, good pay, and a broad interest in diversity efforts.
For the apprenticeship program, it's a great idea, but the amount of support given to aid in your growth depends on whether the manager you are assigned to is really aligned with the mission or not. The program needs a lot of work.
Understand that this program is bringing people from non-traditional backgrounds. Give more relevant training in the learning phase and more support in the apprentice phase.
