No real pros compare to some of the good valley area companies. Salaries are at par, but other benefits really suck.
Layoffs since 2009, every year under the name of re-org. The company is losing its engineering talent while management is focused just on stock price. The older workforce is reluctant to any changes, meaning too much resistance to adopting new technologies. Other than the cash cow TurboTax, the company has no new product.
Wake up and do some house cleaning. Changing the management every year won't help. Develop internal talents and make some room for internal folks.
