QA Lead Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

I received an email from the recruiter for an initial phone screen, where I was informed about the company and a general overview of the team. Later, I was informed that the hiring manager liked my profile and wanted to schedule a telephonic interview. The interview went fine, and no real technical questions were asked, just general questions. Initially, I was told by the recruiter that I would be contacted the same day about the next step. I have another offer in hand and wanted to know if I am being considered or not. I do not have complaints against the company and would have recommended it if I had received a response back. iRhythm is a mid-sized company and should consider candidates seriously.
