I received a call from HR, and they scheduled a manager round to check if my expectations and theirs were aligned. After the discussion, we moved to the next onsite interview rounds.

Rounds:

1. HR explained the process and feedback system.
2. In the manager round, they briefed me on existing products and future projects.
3. In the next round, an architect asked about my experiences and projects, focusing on architectural details discussed on the whiteboard.
4. A QA person inquired about my understanding of QA and its significance in projects, as well as my support for QA processes. It seemed she had had negative experiences working with developers.
5. In another round, a developer asked similar project details. Midway through, he lost his train of thought, realized he was in an interview, and apologized.
6. A junior developer also asked about my profile and projects, and shared many of the problems they might be facing in their day-to-day work.
7. The Head conducted an interview and seemed very casual in his body language. He asked a few questions about projects.

Almost everyone, regardless of seniority, conducted an interview. The process took over 5 hours. I left for the day.

I believe they lack a defined selection process; if you're present, almost everyone on the team ends up interviewing you, irrespective of seniority.

Rejection reason: "You have a great background, but after careful consideration, the manager has decided to pass."
