Good benefits and a good salary.
I believe that iRhythm has a lot of potential as a company regardless of the multiple lawsuits they are facing. However, I feel that the company is falling apart because of the lack of leadership. The last earnings call was a little bit disappointing considering that they mentioned around seven times a solution that may not fix the real issues that the company is having, and when you actually see how management is trying to execute the action plan, it is more concerning.
Also, it is very sad seeing how the same management told employees that we are on a very tight budget and they are trying to save 100 bucks for equipment that is needed for business continuation or personal development, but at the same time they can have fancy dinners of thousands of dollars. Adding to this, ethics violation complaints are not taken seriously. We got warning letters and multiple 483 observations, and nothing happened within our quality department. Instead, they promoted people and started to push more changes that make no sense and that can actually affect the business more than before.
iRhythm may thrive and succeed at the end of all this madness, but it will stay with a toxic environment with unhappy staff who will do things just for money with no motivation.
Listen to your people, empower them, trust them, stop trying to be the center of attention just to get a higher position that you don't deserve.

Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter/talent acquisition who clearly didn't want to be there and was completely checked out and uninterested. They didn't even care that I was passed over for the next round of interviews, given the lack of ene
I had a screening call recently. After that, I had an HR interview where they asked basic questions about my experience and skills. It lasted for 45 minutes. I was told to expect four more interview rounds if I proceed forward. I haven't heard from
