Process
Asked technical questions on Java and algorithms, but they were really easy. It was mostly a behavioral interview, but I guess that's how it is when these companies come to hire on campus. The work was not as non-technical as I had expected because of the interview process. That was nice.

Pros: Hires from within.
Encourages mobility within the company but needs full actionable support from your manager to make it happen. Difficult if you are a critical member of the team.
Cons: Salary increase is minimal (0-2%) once you are in; it doesn't cut it. So make sure to negotiate the max up front.
Lots of red tape when you work with IT; too many "sheeps." Probably the worst in my experience.

Pros: Good colleagues to work with, very nice people.
Cons: Bad leadership, have no idea of architectural flow and overall picture.

Pros: Stable environment, reasonable pay and bonus, good 401k, and retirement plan.
Cons: Bureaucracy
Everything involves a long process chain to get things done.
There are limitations on using bleeding-edge or even leading-edge technologies, with most of the time strong internal resistance against the use of a new technology.
Being a bank, even technology decisions are based on what is the least risk.
